In my role as Group Design Lead at Wise, I look after parts of the onboarding experience for our customers, both personal and business. The focus for the group of teams here is on the registration and verification steps, including due diligence under KYC/KYB guidelines.
Previously, I led the experience design of the business banking product at SumUp, a key component in SumUp’s portfolio allowing small and medium-sized businesses to get paid easily and manage their money more efficiently.
As Product Design Director at Ada Health, I built the Product Design discipline from scratch; recruiting, shaping, and guiding a team of 12 Product Designers across our offices in Berlin and London. I defined our processes and ways of working as part of Ada's Product Engineering group and in the context of the regulatory space.
Prior to going product-side with Ada, I spent a large part of my career at agencies. During my time at Wunderman and Huge I worked on and led projects for clients such as BT, Comcast, Credit Suisse, EY, megabus.com, MoneySupermarket, Morgan Stanley, Thomson Reuters, and Unilever.
